Our Story

At Sonoma Luxury Living, we believe that buying or selling a home should be a positive and exciting experience. That’s why we’ve built a team of experienced and dedicated agents who are committed to providing exceptional service to each and every client. Our journey began when our founder, Holly Knight, noticed a gap in the Sonoma County real estate market. They saw that many real estate agents were only interested in making quick sales, rather than building lasting relationships with clients. So they decided to create a new kind of real estate group, one that puts clients first and focuses on providing personalized real estate service.

Meet Our Team

Holly Knight

Holly has over 25 years of real estate experience.  Born in Seattle to a family of developers one could say it’s it comes naturally.  Her family relocated to Dallas, Texas in her younger years.  In Texas she learned the ropes of property management.  After meeting her soon to be husband and relocating to Louisiana she saw a huge potential in fixing and flipping historic properties and went on to get her general contracting license to oversee all the construction.  Holly had some great mentors that thought her title searches and adjudicated properties which helped to build up a personal portfolio of properties while at the same time of starting a career in aviation as a flight attendant for a major carrier.   When the New Orleans airline base closed she and her growing family relocated to Atlanta, Georgia where she continued her real estate career (and aviation) working with developers and project management.    After visiting long time friends who had moved to the beautiful coastal enclave of Mendocino Village, she packed up the family and came West too.   “Mendocino Village is a terrific place to raise children and the community is so caring and embracing…however I needed a Trader Joes and a Target” which brought her to Santa Rosa.  “Santa Rosa is the perfect size small town with all the amenities, healthcare and beauty and I’m so proud to call this home”

Jennie Linnett

Jennie Linnett was orginally born in New Jersey and moved to Healdsburg at 11 years old.  She and her two sisters loved living on the family farm and helped build the family home.  Hard work and determination has been instilled in Jennie from a young age.  With over 20 years of calling Sonoma County home, she certainly knows her way around.  After obtaining her Bachelor’s of Science in Hospitality Management from Cal Poly Pomona, she came home and stared honing her skills in creating the upmost personalized customer experience.  An amazing listener and one who truly cares about her client’s needs.  After buying her first home at 21, she really started to become interested in the real estate world.

Sela Brenner – Marketing Director

Sela comes from a family of entrepreneurs.  After attending Santa Rosa Jr. College where she studied graphic design, she took her skills and helped with the successful family business.  Sela is amazing at running marketing campaigns to help our sellers get noticed…and provides plenty of support for agents too!
